Notice of Retraction Numerical simulation of cathodic protection on buried X80 steel

The surface potential distribution of buried X80 steel under cathodic protection was calculated by finite element method. After comparing the results of simulation and experiment, the advantages and disadvantages of the numerical simulation method used in the present paper were discussed.
