Epidemic analysis on viral hepatitis during 19922001 in Zhoushan city.

[Objective] To learn the prevalent trend of viral Hepatitis in Zhoushan city.[Methods] Data of reported notifiable diseases was analyzed.[Results] The total incidence rate of viral hepatitis decreased from 410.49/10 7f in 1992 to 143.98/10 7} in 2001.Thereinto,the incidence rate of hepatitis A decreased from 77.84/10 7l in 1992 to 5.48/10 万 in 2001,while that of hepatitis B decreased from 176.99/10万 in 1992 to 98.70/10 万 in 2001.Whereas,the proportion ascended every year,from 42.65% in 1992 to 68.55% in 2001.Most of the cases of viral hepatitis concentration are in January or during MarchAugust.[Conclusion] The general incidence rate of viral hepatitis showed a descending trend.Viral hepatitis B was the major proportion of all viral hepatitis.
