Integrating U.S. climate, energy, and transportation policies : proceedings of three workshops

Three workshops dealing with climate change were organized by the Rand Corporation in June 2008. The workshop themes were, respectively, climate change, energy, and transportation. All three considered the impact of transportation and energy use on transportation. This paper summarizes the workshops.
