The invention relates to printing equipment for intelligent card raised and debossed characters, in particular to a device capable of controlling printing length of intelligent card raised and debossed characters. A raised character plate and a debossed character plate, which synchronously rotate, are connected onto an output shaft of a character plate motor; driving hammer swing arms are separately arranged at the upper side and the lower side of each of the raised character plate and the debossed character plate; a cam A and a cam B are mounted on a driving hammer motor shaft, and separately abut against one end of each driving hammer swing arm; striker bases are separately arranged at the upper side and the lower side of each of the raised character plate and the debossed character plate; a striker is arranged on each striker base; each striker separately abuts against the other end of each of the driving hammer swing arms at the upper side and the lower side; a plurality of raised and debossed characters capable of moving up and down are uniformly distributed on the edge of the raised character plate and the edge of the debossed character plate in the circumferential direction; the raised characters and the debossed characters are vertically opposite in pairwise, and are separately struck by the strikers at the upper side and the lower side; and the output shaft of a swing arm motor is a pin roll which is hinged with any driving hammer swing arm, and the pin roll is an eccentric shaft. The driving hammer swing arms can be driven by the swing arm motor to have eccentric capacity, so that the purpose of changing heights of the raised characters and the debossed characters is achieved.
