Technical Documentation for the Third American School District Panel Survey

The American School District Panel (ASDP) is the newest addition to the RAND Corporation's American Educator Panels. This report provides technical information about the June 2021 ASDP survey of district leaders. The authors describe the respondent districts' characteristics and their method for creating survey weights to produce nationally representative estimates.
