Первый опыт применения противоспаечного рассасывающегося полимерного средства «Мезогель» при остром аппендиците

The article presents the results of clinical studies of the effectiveness of using biodegradable antiadhesive implants having a barrier effect. Abdominal adhesions are accompanied by chronic pain and symptoms of chronic violations of passage through the intestines, which reduces the quality of life of operated patients. The structure of urgent surgical pathology of adhesive intestinal obstruction is not inferior to the leading positions, differing mortality rates, higher intraoperative risk, propensity to relapse. The studies were conducted on 60 patients with acute appendicitis. In the study group before suturing the abdominal cavity was carried out endoabdominal implantation of biodegradable antiadhesive polymeric means mesogel. According to ultrasonography in patients who are in the abdominal cavity was entered mesogel, there was a statistically significant decrease in local expression of adhesion formation in the cecum.
