Modified olefin polymer, preparation method and application thereof

The invention provides a modified olefin polymer, a preparation method of the same, the modified olefin polymer prepared therethrough and an application of the modified olefin polymer in rubber. The modified olefin polymer contains a monovinyl aromatic hydrocarbon structure unit and/or a conjugated diene structure unit and is terminated by a terminating agent structure unit represented as the formula (I), wherein the terminating efficiency of terminating the modified olefin polymer by the terminating agent structure unit is not less than 60%. In the modified olefin polymer, the terminating agent structure unit contains a silane coupling agent group and an imine special group and is very high in terminating efficiency, by which it can be expected that the modified olefin polymer can significantly enhance anti-wet-damp performance and reduce a low-rolling resistance of an automobile tire tread when being used in the automobile tire tread.
