PP film ageing-resistant performance testing method

The invention discloses a PP film ageing-resistant performance testing method. The method comprises the following steps: step one, grinding smoothly the surface of a copper bar, and cleanly wiping; step two, cutting a PP film into uniform strip samples, and winding the uniform strip samples on the copper bar; step three, baking the copper bar on which the sample is wound at constant temperature of 80-200 DEG.C, observing the surface conditions of the film at set intervals, recording the appearance conditions of the film, and obtaining the ageing-resistant time of the film when the surface of the film is pulverized. The invention further discloses a testing device. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being capable of simply, accurately and fast detecting the PP film.
