Detection and Their Clinical Significance of Serum C-reaction Protein,Glucose and Lipid

Objective To analyze the changing relation between C-reaction protein level and Glu,HbAc,lipid.Methods The CRP,Glu,HbAc,TG,CHO,HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoA,ApoB of 156 healthy adults were detected.The data were analyzed asthey were divided into 3 groups as CRP level.Results There was significant difference in increasing of Glu,HbAc,TG,CHO,HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoB between higher level of CRP and lower level of CRP. Conclusion The monitor of serum C-reaction protein and changing of Glu,and lipid level might have significance to study incidence of the diabetes and cardiovascular disease in clinic.
