The utility model discloses a device for drying biomass fuels by waste smoke heat of a power plant. The device comprises belt type dryers on multiple layers and a waste smoke heat step-by-step recovery and exchange system, conveying belts in drying chambers of dryer tanks are partitioned into a closed high-temperature area, a closed medium-temperature area and a closed low-temperature area from top to bottom by partitions, the front side of the high-temperature area is provided with a high-temperature air inlet, the front side of the medium-temperature area is provided with a medium-temperature air inlet, the front side of the low-temperature area is provided with a low-temperature air inlet, discharge chutes are arranged between the adjacent conveying belts, and the biomass fuels are conveyed in a snakelike manner from top to bottom. Step-by-step use of the waste smoke heat is combined with high-, medium- and low-temperature drying of the biomass fuels, so that the waste smoke heat can be utilized sufficiently, and the purposes for greatly improving drying efficiency, saving energy and reducing emission are achieved.
