Based on this observation, the offer of support for the informal caregivers has grown considerably in recent years. It is therefore relevant to identify the potential obstacles for family caregivers to use existing aids from the perspective of the representations and practices of professionals in gerontology. These are key links to identify the needs and facilitate care orientation towards existing offers in the territory. Therefore, the knowledge of actual obstacles and practices proposed by professionals is necessary in order to adapt at best the support systems for informal caregivers.
