A remover and a removing method is disclosed that removes a flange from the skin easily and hygienically when changing stoma pouch with less skin irritation. The remover in a container comprises a volatile liquid removing composition, a foam material impregnated with the volatile liquid removing composition to 50 % to 100 % of the maximum liquid retaining capacity of the foam material, and the container which comprises a recessed part containing the foam material and a nozzle part to drip the volatile liquid removing composition.
