Bispecific antibody having a novel form and use thereof

PURPOSE: A bispecific antibody of novel form in which soluble ligand is fused to N-terminal of light chain or heavy chain of the antibody is provided to effectively suppress angiogenesis-associated signal transduction mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A bispecific antibody has soluble ligand which is fused at N-terminal of light chain or heavy chain of an antibody. The antibody is tumor cell, cancer cell, tumor-associated endothelial cell, circulatory tumor cell or cancer stem cell. The soluble ligand is VEGF, EGF, PlGF, FGF, PDGF, HGF or angiopoietin. A pharmaceutical composition for treating angiogenesis-associated diseases contains the bispecific antibody. The diseases are cancer, rheumatic arthritis, background diabetic retinopathy, psoriasis or chronic inflammation.
