Denoising Disposal of the Vibration Signals From the Diesel Engine

Owning to the instantaneous nonlinear characteristics of the vibration signals from the diesel engine,a new method for identifying the characteristic frequency band is put forward by adopting its IMF component.The vibration signals from diesel engine are disposed by using the IMF components with response to main interference factors.Then the true vibration signal from diesel engine can be obtained by reconstructing the remaining IMF components.The results reveal that the reconstructed signal can reflect the true trend of cylinder block vibration for the diesel engine.
