Test system and method for measuring efficiency of electric driving system of novel-energy automobile

2012
The invention relates to a test method for measuring efficiency of an electric driving system of a novel-energy automobile, which comprises the following steps: (1) a PC (Personal Computer) machine reading and treating road spectrum information and obtaining corresponding real time accelerator and brake pedal information; (2) the PC machine feeding back the real time accelerator and brake pedal information to an entire automobile controller, the entire automobile controller respectively calculating a rotate speed value and a torque value; (3) the entire automobile controller feeding back the rotate speed value to a dynamometer controller and feeding back the torque value to a motor controller, the dynamometer controller and the motor controller respectively controlling a dynamometer and a motor to rotate; (4) the PC machine calculating an output power of the electric driving system through the rotate speed value and the torque value; (5) a power analyzer collecting voltage and current information of a power supply, the PC machine calculating an input power of the electric driving system; and (6) the PC machine calculating the efficiency of the electric driving system. The test method provided by the invention can continuously test the efficiency of the electric driving system on all the points of the road spectrum and is simple and convenient.
