A mixture comprising an oligonucleotide DNAi of SEQ ID NO: 1251 and an amphoteric liposome, wherein elliposoma comprising: a mixture of lipid components with amphoteric properties in which the mixture of lipidicoscomprende components cationic and anionic components, in which the least one of said components are lipidosneutros and pH sensitive, wherein the neutral lipids comprise phosphatidylcholines, phosphatidylethanolamines or sterols and mezclacontiene 5 to 95 mole% of charged lipids and 5 to 95% of neutral lipids.
