ISSN 2249-8540 Original Article Synthesis and characterization of Barium strontium Titanate

Barium strontium titanate sample with the molar formula Ba.75 Sr0.25TiO3 (BST75) were prepared by solid state reaction method. The structure of BST75 was studied by XRD. From the XRD data the lattice parameter ‘a’, particle sizes ‘D’ and unit cell volume were calculated. The dielectric constant dielectric losses were studied in the frequency range 1 kHz to 1 MHz As a function of frequency and temperature. © 2014 Universal Research Publications. All rights reserved
