Nonionic disperse system liquid-shaped disperse dye and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a disperse dye, and particularly discloses a nonionic disperse system liquid-shaped disperse dye and a preparation method thereof. The disperse dye comprises the following ingredients by weight percentage: 15% to 25% of disperse dyes, 9% to 17.5% of oil-soluble nonionic surface active agents, 0.1% to 10% of water-soluble nonionic surface active agents, 4% to 8% of nonionicthickeners, 2% to 6% of humectants, 1% to 2% of defoamers, 0.1% to 0.5% of complexing agents and 0.1% to 0.5% preservatives; and an allowance adopts water. The liquid-shaped disperse dye has higher storage stability, the grain size distribution of which basically is about 500 nm. The nonionic disperse system liquid-shaped disperse dye can be used for printing and dyeing and be suitable for printing synthesis paste and has better dyeing performance.
