The rotary transformer fixed structure comprises a motor and a rotary transformer which is fixed on the outside of the motor, wherein the motor comprises a motor end cover and a motor shaft which can rotatably penetrate the motor end cover through a bearing; the rotary transformer comprises a rotary transformer rotor, a rotary transformer stator fixed ring, a rotary transformer stator, an outer end cover and a rotary transformer lead-out line, wherein the rotary transformer rotor is fixed on the motorshaft which is arranged on the outside of the motor end cover; the rotary transformer stator fixed ring is fixed on the outside of the motor end cover; the rotary transformer stator is fixed on the rotary transformer stator fixed ring and corresponds to the rotary transformer rotor; the outer end cover is flexibly sleeved on the motor shaft and is fixed together with the rotary transformer stator; one end of the rotary transformer lead-out line is connected with the coil of the rotary transformer stator and the other end of the rotary transformer stator penetrates through the outer end cover and then leads out.
