KELOMPOK USAHA BERSAMA (KUB) PENGOLAH IKAN DI DESA CIKAHURIPAN SUKABUMI (The Fish Processing Group at Desa Cikahuripan Sukabumi )

The improvement of business management as well as the development of science and technology for abon ikan processing by vacuum packaging was introduced through intensive training to the Fish Processing Women Group namely Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Hurip Mandiri, located at Desa Cikahuripan Kabupaten Sukabumi. The objective of the activities are to improve processing business management, quality and self life of the abon ikan product, so that the KUB able to develop their business. The results of these activities are 1) The Aspect of the business management of production and marketing has been good practiced. However some financial management aspects has not yet fully achieved, and 2) KUB has been adopted the technology of vacuum packaging, its one of the aspect for supporting improving production and marketing business management. Such technology can be applied by KUB, but it should be with economic analysis.
