The invention discloses a line-scribing, cutting, and positioning method of a high-voltage cable head with accurate manufacture. The right end surface of a main scale jaw end positioning block of a line-scribing cutting positioner of the high-voltage cable head and the end surface of a to-be-cut high-voltage cable are aligned, an auxiliary scale clamping ring is clamped at the excircle of the high-voltage cable, an auxiliary scale is moved to a required line-scribing dimension L1, a first line-scribing, cutting, and positioning auxiliary device is installed, the right end surface of the auxiliary device is aligned with the left end surface of the auxiliary scale, a screw is locked, and the position of the line-scribing position L1 is determined; the positions of the line-scribing positions L2, L3, L4, L5,..., and Ln are determined via the above repeated operation; and finally, the line scribing of the excircle of the high-voltage cable is performed in sequence by employing a line-scribing tool, the corresponding positions from dimensions L1 to Ln are determined, and materials in need of being stripped are cut and stripped layer by layer. According to the method, one-time line-scribing positioning can be realized, the precision reaches 0.02 mm, and an outer sheath, a steel band armor, a copper shielding layer, a semiconducting layer, and a cable major insulation layer etc. of the cable are stripped in a layered manner according to the line-scribing positions.
