Isolation,Iidentification and Drug Resistance Analysis of Pathogen InducingPneumonia in Calf

Two suspected strains of Pasteurella multocida(capsular type A)were isolated from tissue of calf that suffer from pneumonia.Meanwhile,antibiotic sensitivity test and animal infection test were performed on the two strains. It could be found that most of the two strains of Pasteurella mutocida were sensitive to Ciprofloxacin、Florfenicol and Ceftriaxone Sodium.It were resistance to other antibiogram.Therefore the research was great significance to direct clinical treatment.
