Management Based on the Universal Rating Model

It deals with the management in sports based on a universal classification. The rating of participants obtained makes it possible to calculate secondary effectiveness ratings of a coach, president of a club etc. Possibility of using ratings vis-a-vis teams, players, individual components of players is shown. A team creates a difference of goals scored and surrendered, which is the sum of local differences of individual players for each component of the game. That gave an opportunity for assessing sportsmen in the playing sports. Examples of cooperation with the head coaches of Russia’s national teams are presented.
