The present invention relates to a light source device of field emission, comprising: a base substrate; a cathode, is disposed on the base substrate; at least one transmission block is disposed on the cathode and is electrically connected to the cathode; an insulating layer, is provided on the cathode, wherein the insulating layer having at least one opening, the opening projection of tension transmission block; an anode, is disposed on the insulating layer, and the cathode are arranged in m × n matrix (matrix), and an anode corresponding to the individual impact surface emitting block; and a light emitting layer, it is disposed on the impact surface. Accordingly, the present invention can improve the light utilization efficiency of the field emission light source device.
