Analysis of Problems in Editing Formats of Page Number in Sci-tech Periodicals

The author has learned the standards about layout of sci-tech periodicals of China,read and checked the editing and typesetting of page number in sci-tech periodicals.Some points not appropriate to the national standards of China were found,such as hop code,constant code,missing code,wrong code,single code and double code inversion,add code,more private mark,etc.The author suggests that the editors should edit plain code on the first page of the shortly papers so that bring the functions of the page number into play and guiding to the paper reading and copying.
