The invention provides a liquid transfer mechanism, and a liquid transfer device and a full-automatic workstation using the mechanism. The liquid transfer mechanism provided by the invention includes a mobile base equipped with holes cooperating with rotation shafts, a rack that is vertically assembled on the mobile base and can move up and down relative to the mobile base, a linear guide rail fixed on the back of the rack, a gear that can form a gear pair with the rack, a driving rotation shaft able to drive the gear, and a liquid transfer head mounted at the lower end of the rack. The gear drives the rack to move up and down relative to the mobile base through the gear pair. The invention also provides a liquid transfer device and the full-automatic workstation using the mechanism, and application of the mechanism in implementation of liquid adding, liquid transfer and other aspects.
