Effect of environment temperature and humidity on compressive strength of non-steam autoclaved PHC pipe pile

2011
For finding out the correlation between the environment temperature and compressive strength of non-steam autoclaved PHC pipe pile,we carried out experimental research on the environment temperature and concrete's compressive strength. The results show that the effect of environment temperature on the compressive strength is remarkable and effect of environment humidity on compressive strength is inconspicuous.Furthermore, the results also show a good correlation between the product of its time and temperature and compressive strength of concrete, and the time required for reaching 80MPa under different environment temperatures is ascertained, which can instruct the production quality control of non-steam autoclaved PHC pipe piles.
