The invention relates to a display device, a display control module and a display control method. The display control method includes the following steps: a plurality of display data of picture are received; the data are analyzed, so as to obtain a plurality of gray scale distributions corresponding to a plurality of display areas; a backlight control signal is generated according to the gray scale distributions, so as to adjust the brightness of a plurality of light emitting groups; a plurality of interference values corresponding to the display data are obtained according to the backlight control signal; the gray scale values of the display data are correspondingly adjusted according to the interference values. Thus, optical interference of each pixel from noncorresponding light emitting group can be eliminated.
