Saturation flow determination method and device

The embodiment of the invention discloses a saturation flow determination method and a device, belongs to the intelligent transportation field, and is used for automatically reckoning the saturation flow value. The invention comprises the following steps: acquiring pulse data output by a detector at the inlet passage of the signal crossing; counting the car head time interval at the inlet passage; and determining the saturation flow value according to the counted car head time interval. Therefore, an automatic saturation flow reckoning scheme is realized.
