Research of Genetic Regulatory Boolean Networks on Basis of Mutual Information of Entropy

This article first uses the method to establish the gene regulation network model together with the information theory and the Boolean network.Through explaining this method with examples,this article may correspondingly infer many genes to decide one certain or many genes' logical rule of expression value. According to the obtained logical rule,we have established gene electric network;According to the method of analyzing gene logic circuit network and regulation network,we have established dynamic transformation of genetic regulatory boolean networks.Thus we have revealed the regulative relations between genes.
