CERACEOPSORA, A NEW GENUS OF

We found a rust fungus that produces the spermogonial and aecial stages on Anemone flaccida, and the uredinial and telial stages on Elaeagnus spp. Comparative morphology with other rust fungi showed that the rust is a new species belonging to a new genus. We have named it Ceraceopsora elaeagni.
