Silver-catalytic colloid ink for ink-jet printing of copper pattern on flexible substrate surface and preparation method thereof

2014
Silver-catalytic colloid ink for ink-jet printing of a copper pattern on a flexible substrate surface and a preparation method thereof. The invention relates to ink for printing a copper pattern on a flexible substrate surface and a preparation method thereof. The invention solves the technical problems of complex operation, poor generality with substrates, and poor bonding force of current catalytic ink for printing copper patterns. The colloid ink of the invention is prepared by mixing and reacting dopamine hydrochloride, deionized water, an oxidizing agent, and a pH buffering agent, then adding a silver complexing agent solution, adding a surface tension conditioning agent and a viscosity conditioning agent to adjust the surface tension and the viscosity of the ink, and finally adjusting the pH of the solution by using a pH conditioning agent to obtain colloid. The colloid ink of the invention contains silver-adhered polydopamine particles, has strong adhesive force, has good bonding force with various flexible substrates, and can be used in the technical field of printed electronics.
