The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent device comprising a substrate, an anode layer, a light emitting unit and cathode layers; layer comprises a light emitting unit hole injection layer formed on said anode layer, a hole transport the layer is formed on the hole injection layer, a cathode layer formed on the electron transport layer, a plurality of light emitting layers between the electron transporting layer and hole transport layer according to the, the said light emitting layer comprises a fluorescent emitting layer and phosphorescent emitting layer, the barrier layer with an electron transport material and the same nucleus of the hole transporting material between the light emitting layer and the phosphorescent light-emitting phosphor layer; and the barrier layer with phosphorescent host material adjacent to said light emitting layer comprises the same nucleus of the electron transport material and the hole transport material. The light emitting device of the present invention can effectively electron transport and hole transport efficiency deployment efficiency, and has the advantage of high luminous efficiency.
