The invention discloses a device for determining the adhesive property of a steel bar and concrete in an extruding manner. The device comprises a loading framework, a concrete test piece, the steel bar, PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes, a displacement meter, a force sensor, a hydraulic jack, an oil pump, a static signal testing and analysis system and a computer, wherein the loading framework is composed of an upper steel plate, a lower steel plate and a high-intensity bolt; the steel bar is arranged in the middle of a concrete test piece; the upper end of the steel bar penetrates through a round hole formed in the middle of the upper steel plate; the displacement meter and the force sensor are arranged at the upper end and lower end of the steel bar respectively; the hydraulic jack is arranged below the force sensor; the displacement meter and the force sensor are connected with the static signal testing and analysis system; the static signal testing and analysis system is connected with the computer; the PVC pipes sleeves the two ends of the part, located in the concrete test piece, of the steel bar. The device disclosed by the invention has a simple structure and is convenient to detach; a few of materials and instruments are needed; the device is not only suitable for scientific researches, but also suitable for testing the adhesive property of the steel bar and the concrete at a construction site.
