A disclosed manufacture method for experiment boards used for developing refit automotive high-temperature primer surfacers comprises: taking a board for automotive body, performing electrophoresis to make an electrophoresis board, drawing three parallel lines and dividing the electrophoresis board into four parts, wherein one fourth of the electrophoresis board is covered with an electrophoretic paint film, one fourth of the electrophoresis board is aerosol primer-surfacer zone, one fourth of the electrophoresis board is sprayed with the primer surfacer once and one fourth of the electrophoresis board is sprayed with the primer surfacer twice, performing primer-surfacer high-temperature drying and marking boundaries of each zone at the back face of the board; dividing the processed board into four parts according to the direction perpendicular to the parallel lines on the board, wherein one fourth of the electrophoresis board is firstly subjected to puttying, low-temperature drying, grinding and cleaning and a boundary is marked on the back face, and then one fourth of the electrophoresis board is covered with a primer-surfacer composite coating, one fourth of the electrophoresis board is covered with a low-temperature aerosol primer surfacer, one fourth of the electrophoresis board is sprayed with a low-temperature primer surfacer once and one fourth of the electrophoresis board is sprayed with the low-temperature primer surfacer twice, performing primer surfacer low-temperature drying and marking boundaries of each part on the back face; and spraying low-temperature finishing paint thoroughly twice and drying to obtain sixteen different composite coating zones on the front face of the board. By employing the manufacture method, sixteen kinds of coatings for refit automotives are all displayed.
