Совершенствование методики расчета полувагонов при действии ударных нагрузок

The author describes the developed model of a gondola car without hatches. The calculation of the car strength under the action of static and impact loads has been carried out. The methodology has been developed and tests on impacts have been performed. The comparison of pressure values in the gondola car structure obtained both by calculation and experiments under the action of impact loads has been made. The author presents the improved value of the inertia force acting on the end wall of the gondola car under the impact load
