The present invention discloses a light emitting material phospha-phenanthrene benzoxazole UV and a preparation method shown in formula I. The two functions of the present invention, structural unit and benzoxazole phospha phenanthrene validly bound, form a benzoxazole luminescent organic molecules of one phosphaphenanthrene functionalized. The luminescent material according to the present invention may be 4- (2-benzoxazolyl) benzaldehyde and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phospha phenanthrene -10- reaction to obtain an oxide. Preparation process of the invention, readily available raw materials, simple, convenient synthesis, readily purified, stable phospha-phenanthrene structure obtained benzoxazole compound, exhibits an ultraviolet light emission characteristics in the light emitting device, fluorescent whitening, anti-counterfeit material, or fluorescent and other sensitive areas of potential use. The present invention expands the field of research and benzoxazole compounds phospha-phenanthrene.
