SUMMARY
This project deals with the design and implementation of a biometric access control
for the removal of children from a kindergarten, implementation of this project prevents
outsiders can remove a child without his permission, the method used with the use of
biometrics was the fingerprint because it is a system in terms of economic cost
compared to other security systems and that also provides a high level of security
because it has a unique feature in each of the people as is the fingerprint,
representatives of each of the students spend their fingerprint for biometric and this
activates a safe which is located in the turnstile way to validate the information the
system is activated and the child can go through the turnstile step while the system
sends a text message to the father or mother who was initially registered. In addition,
the microcontroller Arduino, a slight introduction and way of programming, which is an
essential part of the project is presented, the implementation done in the kindergarten
in the outlet portion of children with the parties that make up the system explained
biometric where the fingerprint information of the fingerprint authorized to activate the
control system and thus meet the security requirement is needed for children in
kindergarten will be saved, finally the conclusions obtained from the objectives and
their present recommendations.
