Development Approach for Good Quality Rice Production in China

Based on grain quality items,the main problems of rice quality in China in terms of high chalkiness and low palatability value are analyzed.The development approach for good quality rice production in China is to develop new rice varieties with improved methods,to improve rice cultivation technology by means of modern techniques,to avoid contamination through environment conservation,to increase processing level by use of advanced facilities,to draw up good quality rice standard and carry out well-known brand strategy.
