Study on Loss Allocation Method of Distribution Network with Considering of Distributed Generation

Based on the improved average losses allocation method, the losses of the distribution network, especially the harmonic losses caused by the introduction of distributed generation supply, is studied. Firstly, Considering the harmonics of the distribution network, the losses is divided into two parts, one is the fundamental wave loss and the other is the harmonic losses. Then, according to the improved average losses coefficient method, the fundamental wave losses is allocated to the load buses and the generator buses. Finally, according to the harmonic distortion rate of each buses, the harmonic losses is distributed to each load buses and generator buses. A small distribution network with multiple distributed generation is built as an example, the result verifies the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
