[Meckel syndrome (author's transl)].

Authors study four cases, two siblings in two different families, with several anomalies allowing to consider them as examples of the Meckel-Gruber syndrome. A review of the recent literature about this entity is made, as well as a comparative study of the anomalie present in the published cases.
