Analysis of Quality Website Content and Twitter Content Quality as Public Service Tools at the Local Level in DKI Jakarta Province, Indonesia

Currently in Industry 4.0, in creating good governance, the government must optimize and guarantee the quality of the website to create services that are truly for the community. Social media (Twitter) is also an important medium for public information. This study aims to see how the quality of local government websites is in applying the principles of transparent, accountable, effective, and efficient governance as well as the cost features available on the official government website and Twitter activities and issues that are often discussed. The research was conducted by a survey and observation on six district/city government websites in DKI Jakarta Province. The data was collected by browsing the district/city government websites. Measuring website performance using tools provided by Google, namely Page Speed Insights, website loading speed is rated on a percent scale. The research results reveal that the quality of the websites of each district/city government varies according to the aspects of Features, Transparency, Accountability, Effectiveness and Efficiency. Moreover, official Twitter account of the local government is one of the social media that greatly benefits from the government in coordinating discussing sharing issues and as a means of public information. Ensuring the quality of the website and using Twitter is very important for the welfare of the community.
