Tumeur thymique secrétant de la calcitonine

Abstract We describe the clinical and histologic of one thymic tumor that secrete high level of mature calcitonin (CT), like medullary thyroid carcinoma. The presence of immunoreactive CT demonstrates CT production by the tumor itself. This tumor is a rare case of neuro-endocrine thymic tumor.
