Morphological study of impact-resistant composites based on polyvinylchloride☆

Abstract Approaches to a quantitative determination of the strength of a polymeric grain are described. The bonding of globules in a polymeric grain was found to play a determining role in the formation of the heterogeneous (but uniform in grain size) structure of the PVC matrix in the processing and preparation of impact-resistant material.
