AN INVESTIGATION ON THE LUTEINIZING HORMONE STORAGE AND ITS RELEASE IN RAT PITUITARY GONADOTROPHS WITH IMMUNOCYTOCHEMICAL METHOD

The aim of this immanocytochcmical study is to determine the morphological changes of gonadotrophs during different phases of estrous cycle in female rats and after trealment with LH-RH in male rats. The morphological changes observed were in c1ose relationship with LH storage and its release.
