The present invention discloses a welding robot trajectory of a laser weld groove addressing system, including PLC controller, servo motion controller, a laser sensor, a touch screen, servo amplifier, servo motor; the PLC controller and servo motion control, respectively , a laser sensor, a touch screen connected to the motion controller and a servo amplifier connected to the servo, the servo amplifier connected to the servo motor. The present invention also discloses a method of addressing the one laser welding robot welds groove track address system corresponding to the laser. Compared with the standard six-DOF welding robot, the present invention saves time teaching programming, reducing the threshold level of knowledge required of the operator; increase productivity, and ensure the stable quality of welding, the welding automated production quantities of the product; solve the current due to poor welding products bring consistency of welding automation, low intelligence issues and some problems can not groove weld laser tracking.
