Optimization of Recording Technology of the Surface Relief Diffraction Gratings on Base of GaAs

In this work optimization of recording technology of the surface relief diffraction gratings by the method of photostimulated etching of semiconductors with a controlled period and depth of surface modulation is presented. Gratings with varying depth of relief modulation were obtained by changing the exposure time and the concentration of the etchant.
