Analysis of 80 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension

Objective To investigate the treatment method and clinical effect ofdiabetes with hypertension.Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension in patients with clinical data, were randomly divided into study group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases), two groups of patients were treated with telmisartan treatment, study group on the basis of amlodipine treatment, observation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results After treatment, the study group indicators to improve the situation better than the control group, the difference has statistical significance between two groups(P 0.05); the study group total effectiveness was 38 cases(95%), the control group total effectiveness was 31 cases(77.5%), the total efficiency of two groups, with statistical difference significance(P 0.05); during the treatment, the study group occurred in 1 cases(2.5%) adverse reactions occurred in the control group, 7 cases(17.5%) had adverse reactions, adverse reaction in the two groups was compared, statistically significance difference(P 0.05). Conclusion In patients of diabetes mellitus with use of telmisartan and amlodipinein the treatment of hypertension, can obtain good clinical curative effect, caneffectively improve the indexes and clinical symptoms in patients.
