Synthesis, Mos̈sbauer studies and superconductivity or magnetism of B12SrmCan (Cu1 − xFex)m + n − 1Oy

Abstract Structural, electrical, magnetic and Mossbauer studies of several Fe substituted high T c Bi-compounds with low and high substitution rate are presented. A new Fe 2201 phase is described. At low Fe concentration, T c is lowered and a destabilization of certain phases is observed.
