A grating well inlet is connected with sewage, an outlet is connected with a horizontal-flow sedimentation tank inlet, a horizontal-flow sedimentation tank outlet is connected with a pump station water collecting tank inlet, a pump station water collecting tank outlet is connected with a sedimentation oil removal tank and an adjusting tank inlet parallelly connected with the sedimentation oil removal tank through a primary lift pump, a sedimentation oil removal tank outlet is sequentially connected with an inclined plate grease trap, a primary gas flotation device and a secondary gas flotation device, the secondary gas flotation device is connected with a primary hydrolyzing acidifying tank inlet through a middle lift pump, a primary hydrolyzing acidifying tank outlet is connected with a CAST reaction tank inlet, a CAST reaction tank outlet is connected with a secondary hydrolyzing acidifying tank through a CAST reaction tank water outlet lift pump, a secondary hydrolyzing acidifying tank outlet is connected with a biological aerated filter inlet, a biological aerated filter outlet is connected with a flocculation tank inlet, and a flocculation tank outlet is connected with a lamella inclined plate sedimentation tank inlet. Heavy crude oil sewage is easy to be degraded and separated, is not easy to be emulsified, and is discharged up to standard.
